I know it would be healthier to make my own, but id still like to have some in my fridge when im short on time. Any one have any good suggestions of 'healthier' salad dressings possibly made from a healthier oil( like canola or evoo) and low in sodium and fat?

Avoid fat free dressings...they usually put TONS of sugar in it to make up for the lack of flavor. I really like Newmans Own Light Honey Mustard. Annie's brand also makes some good lower fat dressings.0

I like to mix olive oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar, some oregano, or an italian seasoning (McCormick has a fabulous one), and I fix that and mix it when I want it...0

In the refrigerated produce section at walmart (by the guacamole) they have all natural light ranch dressing, its really good and it only has 50 calories per 2 TBSP. I think the brand is Marketside.0
