toning up..?

So as of right now i am only doing Cardio(walking/speed walking) on my treadmill and while that seems to be helping with my weight loss i would like to also start toning up. My trouble areas are mainly just my upper arms(the dreaded 'lunch lady arms'), but also upper thighs and i wouldn't mind toning up my butt either. Just trying to get an idea of what everyone else does to tone up. Your routines or any websites with routines would be awesome!
