I noticed lately every day I just go over my sugar limit. I know its bad but I dont want to keep going over my sugar limits anymore. I am trying to change unhealthy fats to healthy fats to help cut down on nasty foods. I dont eat much junk food but I will cheat every other day with a snack like a small scoop of ice cream.
