My October goals.

Looking of what I did in Sept I want to do something alittle more challenging. So here are my goals That I want to try to accomplish.
Lose 5lbs in 4 weeks.
Do 60-80 pushups nonstop.
run 30 minutes nonstop.
Run a 5k in under 35 minutes.
Go from a 37 inch waist down to 36 inch waist.
How will I do this. I will tell you. Due to my work I can only run on my days off when there is light outside. So I plan on doing my MARSOC workouts which involves doing 120 pushups. I will do this three times a week and my Marine Corps Daily 16 Cardio stations. On my runs I will do my C25K as warm ups and then run and do sprints. When I wake up and before going to bed I will take 5-10 minutes doing abdominal workouts and throw in some bodyweight squats as well with 16lbs weights. On the last week of October when I have a day off I will do a Physical fitness test. I will run a 5K for time and then Do my pushups. I will also weigh myself and check my messurements as well and hopefully I will accomplish my goals.
