  • I just finished week 5 of C25K and its amazing. First week I was running it about 1.5 miles in 30 minutes but week 5 im running 2.6 miles in 30 minutes.   • Thank you! The run is hard but I jog it at a easy pace and try not to over do it before the workout. In two weeks of doing it last year I like 3 lbs and about 1.2% bodyfat. Its rough but gets in better shape and its good for cardio to :)
