I really want to walk a 5k and hope to on the 31st of this month. I can walk the distance but not fast. For me it is a work out just walking at a steady pace in Florida morning heat. Do You See the Same You Others See?
Do you see yourself the same as others see you or do you see yourself differently? I ask that, because I hear often hear from others that I look so different already after losing 58 lbs and I see myself as looking some smaller but still heavy.

I Did It!
I walked 3.1 MILES!!! :) For me that is a huge accomplishment. I have multiple issues in my left foot and ankle from previous injury with long term physical therapy. One of my dreams is to walk a 5k. Now I know I can walk the distance. :) I want to improve my time. It took me 63 minutes yesterday.
