Hey guys, I am still figuring out my dieting and such, I've noticed recently that some days after I eat I've gotten super tired! The other day, I had chicken noodle soup... I got super sleepy! Today, it happened again from my chicken wrap. I made it myself, the only real carbs are in the wrap... Ideas? Advice? Tamara

My Target Heart Rate seems to be BS
So... my target heart rate range seems to be that if I am working out anywhere between 100 and 150bpm, then I should lose weight.
