I have been going the the gym for about 3 weeks and i have been doing 45 minutes of cardio and 30 mins weights 3 times a week. My question is should i be doing weights first then cardio or cardio first then weights. Thanks everyone:smile:

Numb Toes
I have been using the bike and the Elliptical for 20-30 min each daily and my toes always go numb. I have tryed to wiggle them while i am using the equipment but it doesnt help any advice?
