I ran my first 10K yesterday. The first time I have ever ran over 5 miles and I only ran 5 once. Official time: 80.25 minutes. Still scared meal won't be big enough

New runner, heartrate ?'s

Boy Scout Camp for 1 Week
I leave on Sunday to go w/ my son to boy scout camp for a week. I am worried the food they serve is going to be carb/fat loaded stuff... Any ideas for stuff I can pack?? Already going to take fruit and some snacking veggies... The bright side is it is very hilly, they even have hernia hill and cardiac hill.

Too many calories left
What if I have too many calories left at the end of the day? Like if I have say 250 left from a 1280 calorie limit and then go burn 460 calories leaving 710 calories left and only have 1 hour till bedtime. Should I eat these all at one time or what??

New runner and whole body hurts
Is it normal when beginng a runnign regime similar to C25K for everything to hurt? Legs are an obvious.. However, for me it is my lower back and neck that are far worse then my legs, If so, how long does this last?? I am not quitting cuz I am signed up for a 5 k in 7 weeks.. However, I might have to cry a few times.. :)
