SOOO Stinkin Hungry this week!!

Ugh I am friggen starving this week and can't seem to get enough food!!!

Do others have weeks like this?

    I tend to have odd days here and there like this. Not even sure what causes it but if I am hungry, I eat. I just take extra care to make wise choices.

    I have those days, but not necessarily weeks. I did for a while when MFP put my calories down to 1200, so I manually changed it to 1300 and have been fine ever since. I don't really care how fast this weight comes off!!! I need to eat!

    I'm having a day like that today. Thankfully every time I feel hungry I grab a piece of fruit or something to hold me over until a meal but I am actually hungry..stomach gurgling and all. I'm probably going to go over on calories but I will just get in a good workout later.

    I'm like that too can't get rid of the hunger I found it happens around "that time" a week before and during it

    Yep - been having a few days like that - for me I bulk up on vegetables, tons of carrots, brocolli & cauliflower, mushrooms and zuchinni....

    Also helps to up your protein a bit more - I eat up to 1.5grams of protein for every 1 kg (2.2lbs) of bodyweight

    Yes i have hungry days. I hate that. I had one yesterday. Today was better though.

    I'm having a day like that today. I've had challenging workouts the last three days, so I'm not surprised. I've been eating a lot of healthy food (beans, cottage cheese, yogurt, fruits and veggies), and I'm going to feel great tomorrow after putting healthy, whole food in my body!

    Feed yourself whole, healthy food and keep your metabolism up!

    I was feeling like this for a while, so I decided to change from Sedentary Lifestyle to Lightly Active. I do have a desk job, but I rarely sit down from 6 pm to 10 pm so I figured with all of the new exercise I am doing I could consider myself lightly active. Feeling MUCH better the last 3 days!
