I am not trying to provoke a fight, I find myself curious about something. The other day I was reading a post here about someone wanting to give up diet pop. Many, many responses were "drink sparkling water" Am I wrong in my thinking, isn't sparkling water, glorified pop?

shake weight
no laughing please. ...as my kids did when they saw I bought it. But.....whether or not people think it is good or bad.....it gets you moving your arms. There is no suggested calorie burns in the exercise category. Anyone have any ideas?

not hungry...do I eat?
so, today I have had lots of water with lemon....6 inch turkey sub with provolone cheese and lettuce. (nothing else on it) and a 100 calorie pack of fudge dipped pretzels. exercise bike
I wish I knew why one of my feet goes numb every time I ride the exercise bike. I say it starts to get tingly after about a half an hour....and I like to ride for about an hour.

exercise verses calories
hi....new to this site. My exercise bike and my tread mill have a calorie counter built into them. When I log my exercise into my account here......the calories are very different than what my equipment says. Thoughts on this?
