hmmm. So sugar does seem to weigh out. I am not diabetic, but I really thought it would be a healthier choice. Oh well, I have two bottles.....I'll try the Agave Nectar Chocolate Chip cookies and see if I throw them out or not. I found them on the website of the company that produced the stuff I bought.

I am looking at the label for a recent Sparkling Clear. 0 calories, 0 sodium . Ingredients: carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, aspartame, potassium citrate, and potassium benzoate. Contains Phenylalanine. I can not find a sparkling water that doesn't have the aspartame. Even flavored (plain) water had some sort…

I opted for 200 miles the beginning of Jan. Today is the first day I have even ridden the bike. I hope I can squeeze in the 200. Haven't ridden in nearly two months, and lack of motivation gave me a very slow start this month. But I am going to give the 200 my all. :laugh:

200 miles for me please. I took off the month of Dec....and most of Nov. and it shows. boy does it show.:grumble:

I am so sorry you are grieving. You are going to go through such an array of emotions. Would it help to think " (name of person) would not want me sitting around feeling sad? but to keep going?" Each day will get a little better.....it might even be a miniscule amount.....but allow happy memories of this person to fill…

the tendonitis in my ankle has been acting up since I did the 35 miles that day. Anyone have any solutions? I don't do the tread mill because of the tendonitis....but now the ankle? blah.
