    Despite being careful and training slowly (Couch25K since early July), I ended up with a hip flexor injury at my first 5K Race on the 13th. I've been babying it for a week and tried to run this past Saturday, with no success (too much pain still). However, I got back on my bike on Sunday and found that I could do that with no pain. Yay! I have faith I'll make my goal this month, even if I am a little bit further behind than I'd like. :smile:

    My usual run for 3.15 miles. Probably one of the last weekday evenings as I have to travel a lot for work the rest of the week and the time changes this coming weekend which means it will get dark much earlier!
