20 mile ride and 1/2 mile open sea swim. Fabulous day: sunny (got a sunburn), light breeze from the north, temps in the high 70s, the water was cool and crystal clear. Its a pity that people only swim during the summer months, they don't know what they're missing. Can't complain though, the beach was all mine :happy:
