wooohooo part 3 and i havent even really gotten started yet this month...
okay i've been recovering from surgery but seriously i can not wait to start just walking for exercise and then running to start my 1/2 marathon training again in november for the princess 1/2 in feb 2013...
walked to the bank and back this am for a measly .59 miles but it's something to add to my 20 mile goal

I didn't make it home in time yesterday for a second walk but got out early this morning. The tides have been super high so it's like walking in mashed potatoes along the beach - but I'll suffer
So add another 2.5 for me today which brings me to 15/50 for October. I'll get there!0 -
