    I've been having a terrible time shaking this cold! Never have I had such a head cold in my life! :sick:
    Anyway--today is a BEAUTIFUL, brisk, fall day in upstate New York and I'm finally feeling okay enough to walk and breathe at the same time. So my total so far today is 4.72 miles. And I actually RAN for 30 mins straight! Woohoo!!! I feel like I'm getting back into it finally! :bigsmile:
