I have not been as present as I would have liked due to loss of my job. One would think that I would be out moving a lot, but I have found it very difficult to be motivated lately to do any form of exercise. So, to try to get out of my funk, I walked 2 miles yesterday and jogged/walked 2 miles today. I know that I am going to be nowhere close to my goal but like I said I am fighting the downward spiral.
