Here are my totals for Oct so far
Monday Oct 1st - 15 miles (bike)
Tuesday Oct 2nd - 20 miles (bike)
Wed Oct 3rd - 5,54 miles (run)
Thurs Oct 4th - 22.50 miles (bike)
Fri Oct 5th - 6.02 miles (run)
Sat Oct 6th - 3 miles (walk)
Sun Oct 7th - 6.20 miles (run)
Mon Oct 8th - 6.20 miles (run)
Total for Oct thus far is 84.46 miles.
My initial goal was 50 miles total, but I am now upping that to 150 miles total for Oct.0 -
October l - Bicycle- 10-12 mph, 9.02 miles, 321 calories, 70 mins, Avsp 10.6
October 2- Pilates - One hour, 204 calories
October 3- 21/2 hours general gardening
October 4-No exercise
October 5-Walking 35 mins
October 6-Walking 35 mins.
October 7-Recumbent bike 25mins., 287 calories
October 8-Canadian Thanksgiving, no exercise today :bigsmile:0 -

I CAN NOT FREAKING WAIT TO BE REPORTING MILES.....seriously guys this is absolutely the longest i have gone without working out in probably 5 yrs when i started my damn journey to get the new me.....i will be doing a few light walks this week at lunch starting tomorrow but wearing the compression garment alllllll the time means it will get sweaty and wet when i workout and i only have 2 so washing it over and over every other day will be a pain in the **kitten*....BUTTTTT, i will be started full force without the garment on 10/19 - which is 4wks post op and i can't wait.......0

What I hope others are thinking about me at the gym: That fat lady isn't playing!
What others are probably thinking about me at the gym: Geez I hope that fat wheezing lady doesn't go flying off the treadmill in a spray of sweat, tears, and snot!
What I hope my body is thinking at the gym: I better lose this fat and build some muscle, because clearly I'm running from a mountain lion!
