I will be finishing up Burn the day we leave to go on vacation. This of course means that I can't transition immediatelt to Push. I plan on exercising on the trip but wonder when I get back, 10 days, later if I should do Burn 1 more week before transitioning into Push.

That is the question??? I use an HRM to calculate my calories burned during exercise. Should I be adding my warm up/cool down into the mix, or am I cheating by doing this?
