Does anyone else walk using her DVD's? If so, would you be interesting in a friendly challenge?

I thought a good starting challenge would be to walk at least 10 miles a week, anyway you want to accomplish that, just as long as it's done in 7 days. Thoughts?

I like it , definitely seems doable. Will the miles just count from her DVD I presume, not from personal walking?
When I bought her DVD I was sick the next day so I just watched it from the couch. Haven't put it back in but know i need too.
This sounds like the perfect challenge to kick me in gear.... When do we start and do we daily log our miles do you think?
    Thanks

Let's start today, as you have the whole week (Monday-Sunday) to get in your 10 miles.

I think it would be better to post on the day you actually walked, (I personally do not walk everyday) as opposed to daily.

On the day you walk, post how many miles and which DVD you used. If you like, leave comments about this walk, IE, did you like it, was it boring, challenging..etc.

Also don't forget to log it to your exercise dairy if you are keeping track there as well.

    Suggestions are more than welcome!

Come on everyone, lets get ready to WALK WALK WALK!

I walked 3 miles this morning using 5 day slimdown. I love how she has different segments to target different body parts.

If you don't have an HRM then I would log it as a 4.0 MPH walk as most of her's are 15 min miles.

    3 miles = 45 min @ 4.0 mph

Today (11-15-11) - Walk Away the Pounds Walk and Kick Power Series. 30 minutes. I logged it as general aerobics since it doesn't list the mileage like her other DVDs.

I am planning to do her 4 mile DVD today with the resistance band.... waiting for my son to wake as he's in the living room napping... hmm maybe if I turn the sound down and just follow along?

First time doing Leslie's DVD 4 mile Fit and Slim... AWESOME. I like how it starts with a slower easier beat, by the end you don't realize how fast you are going. I didn't know I could do that. When I hit 2 miles, I was thinking... oh my gosh, is that it, 2 miles, I am whupped, kicking my butt... mostly my legs. But I kept going, I wanted to push the whole 4 miles. I was sweating buckets. I really liked it.
She makes it fun, is encouraging and I like the range of folks she has on the DVD... love Carolyn -- older and so fit, vibrant.

I did some more stretching at the end than what she does because during mile 3 i think I had a cramp in my calf.
    Thanks Kel for this challenge.
