feeling ill/fatigue
Should on still workout if they are feeling sick or fatigue? I have had this head cold for a week now. The gym feels like a stranger to me. The guilt is killing me. I know not to work out when you have a fever or the flu. But what about flush/head cold? Will it benefit me to workout? Or just harm it?

Too much left over cals
How, on days when you feel tired/weak or just sick, do you manage to hit you calorie goal? There have been a few days recently where I cannot hit it-I am really tired/sick. sleep deprived

sugar/fat
Now when you have those nasty minus signs in red for your MACROS, but it is due to sugar found in veggies (and are not diabetic) or fat from nuts/hemp seeds etc. , and still maintain you calorie goal, will you gain weight?

low calorie chocolate syrups?
I love almond milk unsweetened in cereal etc. But not on it's own. I like to add chocolate syrup to make myself chocolate milk when I eat a nut butter or crave sweets. Any low cal chocolate syrup out there? Or powders?

I hate it. I have many afflictions and this one is so dumb/embarrassing. I was put on nexium to help my stomach lining for my acid reflux. But I have a hell of a time going poo. Bread recommendations
Yea I can't give it up completely. I use spinach tortilla wraps, but love my bread for sandwiches. I am buying some flaxseed bread today. Ant recommendations on really healthy bread-low calorie and fat wise, while high in fiber/complex carbs?

Does it count as water intake?
Okay in your own eyes, when ppl add Mio flavours or (my fave) Kool-Aid ones to their water, all zero cal, fat etc, does it count as water intake or just a beverage? Same with Aquafina Plus 10 cals? Do they add towards ur water intake or do you believe they are somehow like a diet coke etc?

bruises like crazy
