sleep

I am the least average person you all will ever meet. Idk what is right with me at times. Anyway I suffer from what they finally gave up and called overactive bladder (been thru ever horrid test, treatment, nothing works) it disturbs my sleep horribly. I have sleeping aids my dr gave me but I awake 6 or more times a night to pee. I am lucky if I fall back asleep. My question is, if I have sips of ginger ale, juice (any cal beverage for my dry mouth, all the pills, water only can be nasty at night with meds and what not) do I calculate that the next day as breakfast or? I drink as little as humanly possible for someone who wakes a lot, and even when not drinking all night, I still have to go.

God I miss the days when I fell asleep and awoke to light

PS IMG wont work nor html, what coding ppl use here for gifs?

Do you have IC? <<< I have this and it causes me to have an "overactive bladder" when not under control (as well as pelvic pain), I now control it with diet...

Waking up that often is not healthy - Is there anything else that could be causing you to wake up during the night - and the urination is a result of being awake?

I would be miserable if I woke up that often...

Oh I am miserable. Ppl wonder why I nap and am always tired. If there is idk what it is. It started around age 11. Drs have no idea or care. I wish it upon them for a week and see if they'd help. Been tested and tried all but botox, and they don't do that here where I live

    Read this: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/interstitial-cystitis/basics/definition/con-20022439

Does this sound like you? If so, maybe ask your doctor about doing the "test" for it or offering holistic treatment options for it - and see if that helps.
