What is this arm pain?
Ever since I started a boot camp class a few months ago (lots of pushups) I have pain in my upper left arm. It is very generalized and feel like someone punched me in the arm, likes its bruised on the inside. Working out does not make it worse, yet rest does not make it better. Anyone else experienced something like this?

Is it possible that I wanted it too badly?
I started my journey close to a year ago.. losing 15 pounds right off the bat. For the last 6 months I have been losing a few pounds, and gaining a few pounds. Calories burned number is dropping
I have been going to cardio classes a few weeks now (Zumba, Turbo Kick Boxing etc..) and I love them. They keep me motivated, like the people and seem to work up a good sweat. New Week... so frustrated!
So I have been out of pocket the last week, not tracking... not exercising.. because I had the flu. Completely bed ridden. Anyway, did not eat much all week, and gained 2.6 pounds... has does that happen! Frustrated.. but not giving up... back to it in moderation starting today (still not 100%) sigh!!!

Dissapointed when I should be estactic
So here at work we did one of those diet bet things... $20 and you had to lose 4% of your body weight in the month of October. Well.. official weigh in was today.. and I lost 5 of the 6 pounds I needed. So instead of being super proud that I lost 5 pounds in October..... Im dissapointed I did not reach the six.. sigh.......

Losing ounces not pounds...
Help! I am losing weight so slowly I might as well be standing still. Im doing everything I think is right...
