Midterms. How have you done so far?
Failed miserably on my first one. 53%. Studied my *kitten* off too. Upon taking the test, it was almost like I was studying for a completely different course. F me. Pardon the pun.

I've been on a CKD routine for some time now, and now I'm combining it with IF. So far, wonderful results. Wish I were a bit bigger though. Might bulk and do Keto/IF during cutting phase. You can add me if you'd like to.

Two vodka/red bulls and one Jaeger bomb -- out of ketosis?
Will TWO vodka/red bulls and one Jaeger bomb knock me out of ketosis for a whole week? And what is the fastest or quickest as well as most efficient way of getting myself back into ketosis? Will fasting help? Plenty of cardio? Keeping my carb intake in the next few days below 10 grams?

How do people go on a "no carb" diet?
Is it even possible to go "NO carb" for consecutive days and/or weeks? I know some people through the Atkins induction go 20 grams or less but avoiding ALL carbs altogether seems like it would be a pretty daunting task.

What are some good ketogenic diet foods?
I'm just trying to expand my food choices beyond the usual (bacon, eggs, butter, avocadoes, cheese, coconut oil, olive oil, mayonaise, etc.). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

It's for a 5'8" 175 lbs, 32 yo male who lifts weights 3-4 times a week.

How many sets and and how many reps when bulking or cutting?
As far as lifting weights, what is the exercise method for bulking? And what is generally considered "the norm" when one wants to cut and get more defined? How many reps and sets do YOU personally perform for each muscle group and do YOU really know if you're bulking or cutting?

I have a question about my calorie intake. (on Keto diet)
First of, my stats are: - 33/guy - 180 lbs - 5'8" - sedentary, if I'm not exercising goal weight: 150 lbs I just started going to the gym about 3-4 times a week to lift weights for about 45-60 minutes each session. How much butter and cheese do you consume per day?
For cheese, I eat about 3-4 slices of cheddar cheese per day. For butter, I consume about 4-5 tablespoons per day. Is this a tiny bit excessive or is this alright on the ketogenic diet? (I'm supposed to be consuming about 1750 calories per day on this weight-loss diet I'm on.)
