Superventiculartachycardia aka svt
Does anyone else deal with this? Mine is very mild. Lately, my heart hasn't been feeling well (yes, I can tell when its not right...get a funny feeling)......and with my SVT, I'm scared of getting it up a rapid beat.....It can get a rapid beat on its on when I'm just resting.... Any suggestions?

Found a GREAT app/website for workouts. Vituragym. Haven't messed with it a whole lot yet, as I was having phone issues. Going to do the home exercises tomorro. Like how they have newbie, beginginer, immediate. And quick AM WORKOUTS for at home.

Tracking workouts
I had a great idea on how to "journal" my workouts. I found an app on my droid phone. When you get done with a workout especially on a cardio machine, put the info down. Its better than taking a notebook with you, and its handy for when transfering to here. Just thought I would share.
