Interesting article. I agree, because I'm more of a night person (even though I'm up as early as 7 or 8am most days)...
So I'm up from the morning 'til the wee hours of the morning..2 or 3am.
I really had to focus on my night snacking, because after dinner I would just raid the fridge for things every hour or two (they're right about the ice cream!).
I'm really glad I kind of have it under control now...I've trained myself not to eat after 9pm, though at times I will snack--healthily !

you are welcomed..I try to get at least 7 hrs of sleep no matter what time I go to bed.
I'm a night owl too...but I'm NOT a morning person...LOL0
