Timing for Weight Lifting
Any of you "pros" out there know if its true that you should not lift the same muscle group in a 36-48 hour period? I usually lift entire body Monday and Tuesday and Thursday and Friday. Different exercises but all muscle groups. I know rest days are important for recovery but is it ok to lift back to back?

At what point do you buy new clothes?
I started out a size 12 and have slowly whittled myself down to an 8. Now all of my size 8 jeans are too big but I am still losing.....I LOVE THIS but now I have clothes of all sizes!!! lol.....wondering when I should go get a size 6? Maybe now since even at my smallest I was never under a size 6. :-)

Heart Rate Monitors
I want to get one but really dislike the ones with the chest strap. Any recommendations? I looked at the ones that are just a watch but those dont seem that they could be very accurate.

Bruised Knees?
Has anyone else experienced bruising on their knees possibly from running? The last 2 weeks I have been doing more endurance running and sprinting. My knees dont hurt at all but the insides of both knees are bruised....same color and location. This seems odd.
