I have hip bursitis. It's officially diagnosed. Any tips on getting over this as soon as possible?

I'm about to make a brisket for tacos. In my rub recipe it calls for 2tbs of brown sugar. That's for a 4lb brisket. When I looked up 1tbs of sugar and it's got 4 carbs. I want to work out but..
I'm so dang tired. I feel fine otherwise but when I try to move at anything more than a leisurely pace I am gassed in 5 minutes or less. Anyone have any advice?

What was your best and worst moment on LCHF?
Today was my day for both. I walk to the deli across the street to get a Cesar Salad excited that I can eat one now without guilt. (Sans croutons) I get the salad, and the dressing is horrible bland garbage. :(
