do you think 50lbs lost in 3 months is a healthy sustainable weight loss? Body revolution meal plan?
so i started body revolution today and im doing the 7 day jumpstart your metabolism, my question is, do you have to follow the meal plan exactly? im eating all the meals she has provided, but i mix and matched them. would doing this affect my results?

UPDATE w/ pics
i posted on here in august after i lost 24 pounds (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/309307-down-24-pounds) now i have lost 59lbs! my pictures are a 24lb loss and a 56lb loss. from 236 to 212 to 180. my BMI went from 40.5 to 31.0

4 months later
so i started my journey on june 1st. ive been getting off track the whole month of november, i was feeling kind of down on myself so i put on the same shirt and coulnt believe what a difference!...first picture was on july 28 , i was about 220 and the second one is from the other day at 182. still have about 35lbs to go!…

14lbs difference
so the first pic i was about 217 and the second one is of me today weighing in at 203.2...sooo close to onederland. i have about 50 more to go oh and did i mention i've lost 95lbs since my son was born in january :)

is it typical??
is it typical for your fat areas to get like squishy-er as you lose weight? my belly area seems a little saggier and more squishy than it was before losing 30lbs. my thighs seem to be doing it too...

so since the 30 day shred isnt in the exercise database...how would i log it into my exercise/calories burned??

breastfeeding??
so as some of you may not know that breastfeeding can burn up to 500 calories a day...well i breastfeed my son and of course i eat a couple exttra calories for him...but can i log it onto my exercise?? lol... i just wasn't sure how to go about it
