Most people will say get a HRM. I just log it as circuit training. Others I have seen do calisthenics or high impact aerobics.0

Circuit training, general is what I log it under. Good luck!0

When I started doing it, I just googled it.. It says you burn around 200 calories per 20 minute workout. I just added it to my exercises, but you can use circuit training as well.0

Aerobics tends to deal with exercise without weights, simply cardio. So most (including myself) log it as circuit training. The burn is pretty accurate (so I've heard) cause I don't have a HRM either.0
