I absolutely love it!! I just started to drink it and I am in LOVE with Banana Creme flavor. I don't know if its good or bad for you, I haven't done much research but I was given a sample few weeks back and I just simply love the stuff. Any other good flavors? I am wondering if anyone has done the couch to 5K application on the IPHONE? Can you tell me how it was for you? Any tips? Success stories? I just started it today was wondering if I could get any feedback.

running and pain in the shins
I just started an outdoor run...a beginner. My shin on my left leg hurts. My right leg is fine just my left hurts. What to do? It usually gets better later in the walk/run but the first few 10-15 minutes the pain is unbearable. Please advise me.

Perfect breakfast start of the day!
Guys, I had a great breakfast this morning and didn't feel hungry until midday! I ate the following for 286 calories - one thomas double fibre whole wheat english muffin, one fried egg in pam (70 cal), some homemade strawberry jam (half tsp) and half a banana and 1/4th of nectarine. God help me. I was doing well until April and then I got side tracked. Now, its awful. My acid reflux is back and I can't stop coughing. I want to lose 45lbs. Please accept me with all my weakness... Hope to stick to a healthy lifestyle and take it into the new year.. Need lot of love and motivation.

Exercise Overdose
