Gone for awhile, but now I'm back!
I was away from this sight for about 6 months and I have not been taking very good care of myself. But tomorrow I am joining a gym and getting myself back together! I can't wait to get back in the gym and see the weight start coming off! Anyone else fall off the wagon and got back up stonger than ever?

kind of frustrated
OK so when I go to the gym I end up with all these extra calories and I DO NOT see how I'm supposed to shove another 800+ calories in my mouth... Eating at nighttime
I work monday through friday 9-6, I bring my lunch so I can eat something healthy. Immediately after work I go to the gym, so I don't get home until almost 8 most nights. Long day at work
I've had a long day at work and am really having to fight through it.... Still another hour to go and I need to go go the gym. I want to go, but I'm just fighting back and forth about it... Maybe once I get there I'll be more motivated... I can't start flaking out on my first week being serious!!
