Frozen yogurt- great alternative to ice cream
I put two yogurt cups (with a popsicle stick in the middle) in my freezer last night. I just took one out and it is amazing! It doesn't replace ice cream (what will?) but they're a delicious treat without the guilt.

Holy cow, crazy calorie burn
I just finished turbo Fire 45 and burned 573 cals in 40 mins. And get this, I didn't even get through the entire workout. I quit when there was 5 minutes left on the ticker. That's 173 cals more than any Turbo Jam workout. The upside to this, I get to eat more :laugh:

What gives?!! Should've lost more.....
I created a weekly deficit of 2950, but I stepped on the scale this morning and had only lost 0.2 lb. I've been consistently losing 0.8 lb a week. I didn't go over my alloted sodium intake (1,169 mg) so I doubt that I'm retaining water. I went from 117.2 to 117...hardly any difference.

I want to substitute Almond Breeze for skim milk in my oatmeal. Is there a particular flavor you recommend? You get 2 for $5 at ShoppersDrugMart. Why am I burning more cals?
I'm noticing a pattern with my workout log. On days when I eat something (usually a small snack) and wait an hour or two before working out I end up burning more calories. Whereas when I do my workout right after eating, my calorie burn is way down. Is there a reason for this?

Craving days before TOTM
For some odd reason, I get these bad cravings for chocolate, candies, and salty chips when I'm about to get my period. It's so frustrating because I eat pretty decently the rest of the month. I'm addicted to oatmeal. I eat the plain kind without the added sugar and flavoring. I add my own fruits such as bananas and strawberries. So yummy!!! It taste so much better than cereal. I'm also obsessed with tuna salad and boiled eggs. What kinds of food are you guys addicted to at the moment?
