Rest day: Calorie intake

I work out 5 times a week and burn about 400-500 calories per workout. I've set up my profile and classed myself as sedentary. This gave me a 1200 calorie target. On workout days, I try to eat back all of my exercise calories; however, there are days in between when I'm 50-100 calories under my net goal.

My question is for the two days that I don't work out (Saturday & Sunday) should I stick to my daily goal of 1200 calories?

    yes.

but don't go under... remember 1200 is a minimum. on my days off i may go 50-100 cals over (unless i'm taking the day off for a reason like my brithday or something and then i don't really care lol) but try to aim for close to 1200

As long as you chose an appropriate (ie not too high) loss per week goal, yes. But remember that the cal goal is just that - a goal. Being within 100 or so under OR over is fine.

    Thank you both :)
My weight has been stuck for three weeks. I noticed that there were days when I wasn't meeting my net calories and have a deficit of 700-800 (with exercise). I use a different tracker and their calculations are different.
