I created a weekly deficit of 2950, but I stepped on the scale this morning and had only lost 0.2 lb.
I've been consistently losing 0.8 lb a week. I didn't go over my alloted sodium intake (1,169 mg) so I doubt that I'm retaining water.

I went from 117.2 to 117...hardly any difference.

Weight loss isn't consistent because our bodies don't consistently do the same routine, eat the same exact foods, in the same environmental conditions, etc. Unfortunately you have to be patient, especially when you don't have much to lose.

Yep. Bottom line - our bodies can't do basic math.

Ahahaha that makes sense. I'm just disappointed because I worked so hard to burn 400 cals through exercise.
