Question about HRM strap sizing!
Ok stupid question maybe but the HRM I am ordering comes with 2 different chest strap sizes... XS/S which is 20-30 and M/XXL which is 30-57. Too much Anaerobic bad for weight loss?

I'm thinking about doing this program after I'm done with the one I am on. Hopefully I won't have to focus so much on weight loss by then and can focus more on toning and such, which I hear this program is good for... Anyone have any before and afters they would like to share?

Good Pilates workouts?
I am interested in starting up Pilates on my rest days... I think that may be a good low-intensity workout for me to do that will help relieve my muscles so I don't feel bad for completely resting that day.... Anyone know of any good beginners programs/videos?

Why does everyone congratulate on not meeting net calories?
If you are suppose to be reaching your net calories for healthy weightloss, why does everyone congratulate and therefore promoting not eating your caloric needs? I mean I can understand if you are like 100 or less away, but 300, 400, 500.... that's not good!!!! So why do I see it so often?

How often do you buy new workout shoes?

How to NOT be hungry????
Ok, maybe I'm not as smart as I thought I was, but lately I am having trouble with not being hungry all day! The past 2 days I have tried snacking through the day, but it's not working.
