Question about weighted vest use

Ok so awhile back I decided to amp up by workouts by adding 1 lbs weighted gloves to my cardio. That got easy so I got 1.5 pounders. Then that got easy so I bought 2 pounders and a 8 lbs weighted vest.

I've been using the vest now for about 5 weeks. In that 5 weeks I've broken through my wall and am seeing weekly weight loss again. I was thinking about upping the vest and getting a 12 lbs one after I complete week 6 of the 8 lbs one.

Do you think the extra 4 lbs would make a big enough difference? Or should I go heavier?

    Buy the 20lb vest...you can remove the weights, so it'll last you longer!
