I am looking for the next program to do after I complete my TurboFire/ChaLean Extreme Hybrid program. I've been seeing some great things about these programs on here, but, forgive me if I offend anyone, it all seems to be from people who are pretty overweight.

I am finally in a healthy BMI range, but I still have fat I want to loose. If I can't get it gone by the end of my current program, would either one of these programs be appropriate for me?

Probably "Ripped in 30" would be most suitable for you!

I did the 30 Day Shred when I was slightly overweight and it was awesome. I credit it for most of my inches lost. Since I've gotten into a normal BMI, and in pretty good shape, I recently tried Ripped in 30 and still noticed quite a big change.
Obviously, you're not going to see a huge weight loss if you're already fairly fit, but in terms of endurance and strength it is still a great workout if you follow the more advanced moves.
    Short, but intense.
    Hope that helps!
