Ok, I need to know what hardcore, INTENSE workouts are out there!!!!

Preferably something that combines strength and cardio, but one or the other is fine too.

And also ones that don't require all kinds of extra equipment... I have resistance bands and weights that max at 25 lbs each, but that's all I got.

I've ALREADY done/have Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, ChaLean Extreme and Insanity.

Something that will get rid of this stubborn body fat and get me ripped!

And no "just go to a gym" please, I cannot.

THANKS! :)

Try Collage video and sort by type and level for advanced cardio/ strength workouts. Also look at : http://forum.videofitness.com/index.php . There is a lot of info about workout videos, and if a video exists, someone on the forums has most likely done it and can give you impressions/ info.

Alternatively, ou could try another one of the BB programs like P90X, Asylum or Slim Series.

    Good luck!

We have P90X and Insanity. Both are excellent workouts. There's tons of info online if you want to read up about it but neither is particularly cheap (well I guess it is if you compare it to a few months of gym membership)

    ...

Reduce your body fat my maintaining a caloric deficit. You can get fitter with exercise but you won't get ripped until your diet falls in line.

P90X has cardio & strength; one of the calendar plans is specifically to lean you up - but I think it leaves out some of the strength training.

Or you could just do a Turbo Fire / Chalean hybrid and up your weights. Pay attention to the nutrition plan, especially the carb/protein/fat ratios.

I have also heard good things about Taebo, although I have not tried it. And Zumba is supposed to be good, but it seemed not as intense compared to Turbo Fire.

Full Body Workouts doing Compound Lifts: (3x a week)

    Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Bent Over Rows (or T-bar Rows)
    Military Shoulder Press
    Squats
    Deadlifts

Eat a calorie deficit of roughly 20% under your TDEE.

    P90X, P90X2. Aside from a pull-up bar, you'd be ready to go

Definitely Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. I just started Phase 2 and I am loving it. It is shredding away my stubborn fat and it working miracles. It is a 90 day program and it only requires hand weights and a mat. The program comes with the resistance bands that she uses. Good luck!

It is going to sound stupid when I say it... but Nike Training App for the Iphone... seriously has been kicking my butt. Three levels. None stop for 15 to 30 min. Have you tried to find Cross Fit ? It is my new favorite addiction. It is awesome :-) Hope it helped some. Happy searching
