Best Way To Calculate Female Maximum Heart Rate?

I was using the formula 220 - age then came across a web page that said a more recent study shows that for women the best way to calculate this would be 202 - ( .88 x age).
The different ones put me in different zones during my workout... If I do the first my HRM says I average somewhere in the mid 80% range while the second one puts me in the low 90%.
Anyone know of the most accurate way to calculate this?

The real best way is to have a heart rate test on a treadmill done by a kinesiologist.
