What is wrong with my metabolism?
I hear of women who burn 600 calories an hour with Zumba. I can't burn over 300 !!!! I use a HRM so I really do know how many calories I am burning. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I really do give it all I have, also. I am 5' 4" tall and weigh 145.

Questions of care of my bike
I never had a really good bike til now and I want to keep it nice. So, what do I do to keep the chain in good condition? Also, I have noticed that I have to put air in the tires about every two weeks. Is this normal? My tires say 70 pounds but I am only putting in 60. Is that alright?

I have a Polar F6 and I love it. Here is the problem.....it shows that I can only burn between 2 and 3 hundred calories during a tough workout such as spinning.
