I just bought 30 Day Shred because I have hear such great things about it. It claims that you will lose up to 20lbs in 30days and I have been struggling to get off about 5-10 for a while now. MFP Runners Club 2/4
Preparing for my marathon in May. Just did a 5.5 mile temp run. 1 mile warmup, 3 miles at 7:54 min/mile, 1.5 mile cooldown. On the treadmill, but its better than not running at all. Plus, treadmill running for tempo runs and intervals is good for me because then I hit the right marks.

Exercise Calories
I'm skeptical of eating all my exercise calories. It just seems like eating so much will not help me lose weight. I usually earn about 800-1000 extra calories a day through exercise. Will eating those extras really help me lose weight? Won't it help me lose weight faster if I don't eat all of those calories?

Wasit to Hip Ratio
I am very active, have a pretty low body fat%, and at a healthy weight (5'5" 129lbs) but according to the "waist to hip ratio" theory I need to lose weight in order to lessen my risk of heart disease. Any thoughts or tips on this?

Net Calorie Reports?
Can anyone help me in understanding how to interpret the "net calorie" report? I'm assuming the net calories means the calories I have consumed after calories burned during exercise. For example, if I ate 1500 calories and burned 500 during exercise that would mean a net of 1000?

Accuracy of Calorie Counts?
So, I am just curious as to how accurate everyone thinks these calorie estimates are that we are given each day. Are people finding that the amount of suggested calories consumed are reasonable? I.E. are you seeing results based on the recommendations vs what/how many calories you actually eat in a day?
