My Goal for This Week

This upcoming week my goal is to not snack after dinner. It is a bad habit that has caused my 10lb weight gain since last May. I've tried to break the habit before and have not been very successful. So, I am hoping that my writing it down and making it public I will be able to make greater progress in eliminating my late night snacks. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

DRINK WATER WHEN YOUR THINK YOU WANT TO GET A SNACK OR EAT FRUIT. ANOTHER TRICK THAT I SAW ON TV WAS WHENEVER YOU WANT SOMETHING SWEET PUT SALT ON YOUR TOUNGE THEN IT WOULD TASTE NASTY AND YOU WOULDNT WANT IT ANYMORE. I HAVENT TRIED THAT THOUGH, I CHOOSE THE WATER OR A GRAPEFRUIT. HOPE THAT HELPS SOME.0

I have a protien shake before bed, I don't go to bed hungry or like to wake to hungry.
stopping eating hour before you go to bed your body will start to comsume it's own muscle before it burns fat. I try to eat every 3 to4 hours

I heard to brush your teeth after eating every meal and that taste doesn't make you want to eat. :drinker:0
