Has anyone tried the 10minute trainer program by Tony Horton? The advertisements seem a little out there to me. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried the workouts. I am wondering if they are challenging and if you actually feel like you got a good workout. I am someone who is quite fit already but I want to see some more definition in my mid section and am trying to find new workouts to help shed the few extra pounds and add a little more definition. Thanks.

Haven't tried the 10 minute ones but he has some really good workouts called P90, P90X and P90 Masters offered through beachbody dot com. (I'm a satisfied customer.)
I seem to recall that it's 10 minutes per body area and that it's more realistic to mix and match the workouts to have a typical session be more like 30 minutes?
If you're quite fit already you should definitely check out P90X - it's fantastic.0 -
I just started using the 10 min trainer. I like it so far. It's broken up into 10 min segments. #1 total body, #2 cardio, #3 abs, #4 lower body, #5 Upper body, and #6 yoga flex. You can do one segment or as many as u want that you have time for. It is challenging enough for even the fit . You can contact me here at cheryl43. Good luck.0

I consider 10 Minute Trainer to be a little more intermediate, as opposed to beginner (especially the ab workout, oy!). It's a really well designed program! I got them for my friend Liz, who wanted to slim down for her wedding, and she loves the videos and still does them multiple times per week (and she still finds them challenging). I use them to mix and match w/my regular workouts when I want a little extra.
Let me know if I can help at all, as I'm an independent coach for Beachbody0 -
I've been doing ten minute trainer for a few months. I was active prior to that (running 20-30 miles/week, biking, swimming), but could never get really lean / definition. I have lost 10 pounds, 3.5% body fat and can see muscles I never knew I had. The programs work best if you do 2-3 at a time, but they're greta in that when you are really pressed for time, you can just crank out a single and feel you've accomplished something.0

I started P90x a couple months back but stopped do to a busy schedule. I got the 10min trainers instead and got GREAT workouts from them. I've switched back to P90x now that I have the time, but will definitely sub in TMT when I need to.0
