Okay. This recipe is for all you chocolate lovers out there. I made this recipe up and it is SO good. It has all kinds of health nutrients: iron, protein, Omega 3 fatty acids.... no refined sugar!

makes 12 brownies
Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups dried and pitted dates
1 cup all natural applesauce
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen are fine if thawed)

Process the above ingredients in a food processor until smooth

Add
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
3 tablespoons unsweetened, dark cocoa powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Process again until smooth or leave it a little chunky
