P90X Yoga question
Does anybody have any suggestions for an alternative to the Yoga X? I simply do not have the time to give an hour and a half to that workout. I fit my workouts in in the morning before work and I just barely fit in the hour long workouts. Help, please!

I finished Power 90!!
Well today was a milestone for me. I finish Power 90, all 90 days and never missed a single workout! I even went on two mini vacations and was still able fit in the workouts. Power 90 and weight loss
Has anybody done Power 90 and gained weight. I am two weeks into the program and I have gained 2 pounds. Prior to doing Power 90 I was doing the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout and I steadily lost 1-2 lbs. a week. I changed because I was getting bored. I'm looking for opinions on whether I should keep going with Power 90…

Sportline Duo 1010 HRM issues
I have had this HRM for about three months. In the last two weeks it has given me inconsistent readings or not registered my heart rate at all. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? I have a hard time believing that the batteries need to be replaced this soon.

Jumping issue-wierd
Okay so I was doing my normal workout this morning. I do my first Jumping Jack and I have a sharp pain in my belly flab. The pain was not in the muscle but in my loose belly. As long as I held my belly while I did any of the jumping parts of my work out it was fine. Anybody have an idea on what it could be? I am so close…

Need workout advice
I am growing bored with the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. I am also really limited for time I have to workout. What are some suggestions for 30-45 minute workout (DVD's etc...) that can burn a maximum of calories. At this point I am most interested in fat loss. Thanks for any help. Steve

Struggling this week
Okay, so I had lost 34 lbs. and then this week I have steadily gained weight each day. I have not been eating different or exercising any differently than the past several weeks. Any ideas on why this might be happening?

How much is too much protien?
I am finding that I am easily going over the recommended amouth of protien. Should I be concerned? Thanks, Steve
