So I was watching TV, grabbed a bag of mini carrots from the fridge, and ate them slowly, one by one.. reaching into the bag. Peas and Corn
I have recently added " peas and corn" to my meals. I am wondering if they are good for you in that combination. Frozen corn with frozen peas, boiled, drained with a pinch of salt and a bit of butter. Its sooo good.:love: Is it okay for a snack or part of a meal?:blushing:

Switching scales
Ok so I have been using my old bathroom scale, very basic one but I can never tell exactly how much I'm losing or gaining so I ordered a new digital scale. I'm worried that the number will be way off? What is your experience with swapping scales?
