Well I started feeling better (different) as soon as I started working out. I started feeling lighter after the first 10lbs, and then in like 5 lb increments thereafter0

I had a lot to lose. I started at 250lbs and really didn't notice a lot until I hit that 40ish lbs lost mark. I could tell around 30lbs but others didn't really notice until about 45lbs. Once I hit that 45lbs mark, I had people comment on my loss DAILY!0

I started feeling different after approx 2-3weeks of working out. I can't say I feel much lighter, but today I did manage to do the pool side pull ups in aquafit for the first time ever. So I guess something must be working :bigsmile:0

Honestly, I started to feel lighter and more energy after like 90lbs lost. But then again, it could all just be in my head? :noway:0
