Foot pain
My feet hurt so bad during that I'm literally in tears. I got my shoes from Fleet Feet, so it's not because of cheap shoes. My feet also hurt when I'm just walking around barefoot so Idk whats wrong with them. Is it ok to just like power through? I dont want to damage something

So, I'm just making sure I'm doing this correctly (I'm probably not haha) I'm 24 and 177 so I followed what the book said and got 2075.64 for my non workout days. So do I just set my calorie goal as that number?

I'm not a big breakfast eater. I'm hungry in the mornings but for some reason I can't seem to eat much. Love yogurt but can only take a couple bites before I just can't eat anymore of it. Losing motivation :(
I've worked out everyday for a month (walking and zumba) and at first I lost a inch everywhere but now I've gained them back plus some and my scale hates me and refuses to budge. *sigh* I just feel like I'm losing the battle to lose my pregnancy weight and feeling low. Blah.

So for some reason I just CANT eat (I'm not starving myself or anything, I LOVE food!) I try to force myself to eat breakfast but only end up taking two or three bites and now thats starting to happen to all of my meals :( Should I just be eating different things or is what?
