Losing motivation :(

I've worked out everyday for a month (walking and zumba) and at first I lost a inch everywhere but now I've gained them back plus some and my scale hates me and refuses to budge. *sigh* I just feel like I'm losing the battle to lose my pregnancy weight and feeling low. Blah.

i am/was just about to give up when i realized that i would gain my weight back and then be just as unhappy and have to start all over again if i quit...and then i joined an MFP challenge that starts monday. having others depending upon me for numbers and exercises, etc. makes me scared. i dont want to fail them so i hope this kick starts my motivation and maybe you can do the same for you!! hang in there girlie!!!0

weight loss is 80% diet, 15% exercise, and 5% mental...you seem to have the exercise part down and a reason to lose the weight...how was your diet during this past month?0

How is your eating?
Are you really watching your portions and what you eat?
Also is it possible that you are losing fat but you are gaining muscle?
Do you feel more fit?
Do you have more energy?
Maybe it's time to change it up, your body will get used to doing certain exercises and when that happens you won't lose any weight...it's a stale mate pretty much.
Are you lifting any weights at all?
DON'T ever give up on YOU! You are worth it and you can reach your goal!!0
